Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Manager (T.S.M.) will be responsible for generating and managing sales. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and generate new sales via Cold Calling.

– Enter and manage leads in the Opportunity Pipeline, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

– Prioritize leads based on their potential to result in new business.

– Develop and customize Value Proposition Presentations tailored to the needs of our clients.

– Present proposals to Decision Makers, emphasizing the benefits and ROI of our IT and data analytics services.

– Guide Opportunities through various Sales Stages, including Lead, Qualification, Value Proposition, Proposal, Address Challenges, Contracting, and Startup.

– Address and resolve Customer objections and challenges in coordination with Business Owners.

– Coordinate Startup Calls with the Customer Service Team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

– Maintain regular communication with customer to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

– Leverage customer feedback to generate new leads and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

–  Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

– Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

– Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Selection:

The ideal Technical Sales Manager (T.S.M.) is passionate about taking care of their customers 24/7. The T.S.M. is comfortable with uncomfortable situations. This includes making cold calls, pursing leads and exceeding sales targets. The T.S.M. has strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Compensation:

-$50,000 / year base salary plus unlimited commission (no caps)
